Every active unit you can sell — a hotel room, a B&B bedroom, an apartment or a whole rental property. The count is read from the rooms on your property, so it follows you as you add or retire them. Rooms you have removed are not billed.

Per-room pricing alone would charge a four-room guesthouse almost nothing, and the product still has to be run and supported. The minimum keeps very small properties viable for us and still cheap for them. It stops applying as soon as your room count passes it — 10 rooms on Starter, 13 on Growth, 17 on Pro.

The billed quantity resyncs from your active room count, so the price follows the size of the property rather than a number agreed once at signup. Open a new wing and it goes up; retire units and it comes back down.

14 days, no card required. Build your property, load rates and take real bookings. If you don't subscribe at the end, the account goes read-only rather than disappearing — your data stays put until you decide.

No. Invite the whole team on any plan — reception, housekeeping, maintenance, restaurant, accounts. Permissions are per role, not per seat, and there is no charge for adding people.

Never. The offline staff app is on every plan including Starter. It is the reason most properties choose us, so putting it behind a tier would defeat the point.

Yes, in either direction. Nothing you have entered is lost when you move down — the features that belong to the higher tier simply stop being available, and everything you recorded with them stays in the account.

Card for most customers, and mobile money in the markets where that is how business actually gets paid. Annual billing is charged once for ten months' worth, which is where the two free months come from.

None. Rooms, rates and guest profiles go in through the onboarding wizard. If you're moving from another system, talk to us before you switch and we'll help — there's no charge for that either.
